A team-member tags it, logs it, and (if quick) fixes the article on the same day.

Larger suggestions go into our public roadmap; you’ll get an acknowledgment within 24 h.
What we’re looking for
Missing steps, outdated screenshots, or confusing wording
Ideas for new Help Center topics or video tutorials
Product suggestions: portfolio rules, points program, influencer tools, etc.
We review all feedback weekly. High-impact fixes ship immediately; bigger requests join the public roadmap so you can track progress.
